Foot Reflexology
Targeted pressure-point work across the sole, arch, heel and toes — preceded by a warm herb-infused soak. R350 for roughly 50 minutes, at our Rustenburg studio or mobile to you anywhere in Gauteng.
A full ritual, not a quick rub
Every session is built around the feet only — no scope creep into full-body massage, which is exactly why the work goes deeper.
Herb-infused soak
A warm copper foot bath with rosemary, eucalyptus or rose petals to soften the skin and settle your breathing before any pressure work begins.
Pressure-point reflexology
Roughly 35 minutes of mapped work across the sole, arch, heel and toes, with extra time on whatever you flag — tired legs, standing all day, poor sleep or general stress.
Finishing oils
Lavender, chamomile or eucalyptus blends applied at the end. No synthetic fragrance.
Studio or mobile
Rustenburg studio, or we travel to your home or office across Gauteng at no change in the treatment itself.
How a first session runs
- Message Siyabonga on WhatsApp with your preferred date, time and suburb.
- A 50% deposit confirms mobile Gauteng bookings; studio visits are paid on arrival.
- We arrive with everything needed — you only provide a comfortable seat and a plug point.
- Short chat about what you want addressed, then soak, reflexology and finishing oils.
- Drink water afterwards and expect to feel noticeably lighter on your feet.
Good to know
Will it hurt?
Pressure is firm but never sharply painful. Certain points feel tender for a second or two, which usually eases as the tension releases. Tell us and we adjust immediately.
Do I have to undress?
No. Reflexology involves only the feet and lower legs, so you stay dressed.
How long is a session?
About 50 minutes, plus a few minutes at the start to talk through what you would like us to focus on.
Can you come to my home or office?
Yes — mobile sessions cover Gauteng, including Johannesburg, Pretoria, Centurion, the East Rand and Springs. We bring everything: copper foot bath, towels, oils and heated stones if you add them. All you need is a comfortable chair or bed.
Is reflexology safe if I have a health condition?
Reflexology is gentle, but it is not medical treatment and does not replace your doctor. Tell us about pregnancy, diabetes, foot injuries, open wounds, blood clots or recent surgery when you book, so we can adapt or recommend you check with your doctor first.
How often should I come back?
One session is a good introduction; most regulars book every two to four weeks.
