Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
Nothing at all. Just come as you are. We provide everything: towels, oils, robes, and herbal tea. If you have any foot conditions or injuries, let us know when booking.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 days ahead, especially for weekends. However, same-day bookings are often possible — just WhatsApp us and we'll let you know our availability.
Is foot reflexology safe during pregnancy?
Yes, but with modifications. We avoid certain pressure points during pregnancy. Please inform us when booking so we can tailor the session safely. We recommend waiting until after the first trimester.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, EFT, SnapScan, and instant EFT via Ozow. For mobile bookings, we require a 50% deposit to confirm your slot. The balance is payable on arrival. Corporate clients receive 30-day invoice terms.
Can I buy a gift voucher?
Absolutely. Gift vouchers are available for any treatment or package. They make perfect birthday, anniversary, or Mother's Day gifts. WhatsApp us to arrange — we'll send a digital voucher within 2 hours.
