Payment Safety
The short version: we never publish banking details online, we never change them, and we only ever accept payment into the Sole Sacraty business account. When in doubt, phone +27 70 493 8532 before you send anything.
The three ways you can pay us
- Card via Yoco. A secure Yoco checkout link for your treatment. Your card details go to Yoco, never to us and never into this website.
- SnapScan. Scan our QR code in your banking or SnapScan app. Use your full name and session date as the reference.
- Bank transfer (EFT). Details are sent privately, on request, inside your own WhatsApp booking chat with +27 70 493 8532. Cash is accepted at the Rustenburg studio only.
Five checks before you send money
- The message came from +27 70 493 8532 — check the number itself, not the display name, which anyone can copy.
- The beneficiary is the Sole Sacraty business account, not a personal name.
- The amount matches our published prices: R350 foot reflexology, R450 hot stone foot therapy, R600 couples foot ritual (50% deposit for mobile bookings).
- Nobody is rushing you. Urgency, “last slot” pressure and “pay now or lose the booking” are scam signatures.
- Nobody asked for an OTP, PIN, card number, remote access to your phone, or a voucher code.
Red flags that mean stop
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| “Our banking details have changed” | Not us. Our details never change. Phone before paying. |
| Account in a personal name | Not us. We only use the business account. |
| A new or different WhatsApp number | Verify by phoning +27 70 493 8532. |
| Request for an OTP, PIN or CVV | Always fraud, from anyone, ever. |
| Full prepayment demanded for a mobile session | Not our policy — 50% deposit only. |
| A discount for paying by gift card or crypto | Always fraud. |
If you think you have been targeted
- Stop all payments and do not reply further to the sender.
- Phone your bank’s fraud line immediately — a recent transfer can sometimes be recalled.
- Report it to the South African Police Service and keep the case number.
- Tell us on +27 70 493 8532 or [email protected] with screenshots, so we can warn other clients and report the impersonating account.
Questions we get asked
Do you ever post your banking details on your website or Facebook?
No. Banking details are never published on solesacraty.co.za, on social media, or in any public post. They are sent to you privately in your own booking conversation.
What name should the account be in?
Sole Sacraty. If a payment request shows a personal name, a different business name, or a different contact number, stop and phone us on +27 70 493 8532 before paying.
Do your banking details ever change?
No. Treat any “our banking details have changed” message as a scam, even if it looks like it came from us, and phone to verify.
Will you ever ask for my card number, PIN or an OTP?
Never. Card payments happen only on Yoco’s own secure checkout page. We never see or ask for your card number, CVV, PIN or one-time password, and nobody from Sole Sacraty will ever ask you to read an OTP out loud.
How much deposit is legitimate?
A 50% deposit for mobile Gauteng bookings, or full payment on arrival at the Rustenburg studio. Nobody from Sole Sacraty will ask for a full upfront payment for a mobile booking, gift-card top-ups, or a “release fee” of any kind.
